The house I've bought has a standard internal door and single glazed windows, leading to a single skin porch. There is mold accumulating in what would have been the old covered entrance (before porch was added).
Am I right in thinking I could get rid of the internal door, windows and walls below and put a double glazed upvc door (opening inwards) in the space indicated, with no real issues? Baring in mind the external porch door needs room to fully open inwards also. Idea being to gain a bit of hall and to better insulate the hall from the freezing porch. Thanks in advance!
