Threshold strip

I've decided to use a HexDrain between my bi-folding doors and patio to avoid any damp or build regs problems but as my doors are set back slightly in the brickwork it leaves a nasty gap between the two. I've tried to illustrate on the picture below where I have an issue (pink area). Can people suggest what I might be able to use?

FYI, the patio will be natural slate.
