My wifes uncle is fitting shower for us. Weve ripped the tiles off the the floor and wall. We're trying get the floor up to relplace it but all the screw heads are under the tile adhesive. There is 2 layers of ply one screwes to the joists and another layer screwed into the bottom layer . Its fighting us as there appears to be screws every 4inches . Any ideas ideas of the easiest way the remove the tile adhesive?

Ive been using a brass wire wheel in a drill and aa flappy sanding disk in a grinder. It work ok on the thinner areas os adhesive. But the thick areas are a struggle.

Im popping to screw for a chisel bit for a sds drill . Any other ideas?
