how would one finish tile hanging at a window reveal, to flash or waterproof somehow, to prevent water getting in between the last tile edge and the frame?
I assume your talking about tiling a vertical face that butts up to a window ? You would generally seal down the joint of wall and window before you tiled the reveals with an exterior grade sealant. A visit to your local roofing merchants may be useful because depending on which tiles you have there are sometimes edge details and trims available for certain makes of tile to suit various situations.
I assume that you are tile hanging with a plain tile (265x165mm), you finish the top course of tiles with an eave tile, which is a shorter tile (the same tile you use to start at the eaves course), then cover flash with a lead flashing.
