Tile paint

Has anyone used tile paint in a bathroom. I am just curious about the results people have had.

must admit its not the best of stuff,usually see it flaking after a while...

try posting in the paint/decor section..

To my initial disgust, my sister used tile paint in her bathroom but I have to admit it didn’t look too bad as long as you stood back from it. If applied well, it can be a reasonable short term fix for disgusting colour/pattern tiles but it wont disguise mould or lime scale damage to the grout. My sister did hers about a year ago & it’s now stating to look a rather jaded; hair dye will also badly stain it, as she found out.

I’m now getting less than subtle hints about doing a bathroom refurb, costs, what to use & when would be the best time to do it so I have a feeling a little bit of “freebie” work is coming my way!
