Tiled roof - sealant recommendations

Hi I have lead flashing around a chimney thats letting in a bit of rain, how much would it cost roughly to re-flash it, or is there any sealant I can fuse onto it that would stop the rain getting through.

I quoted a guy over the phone £50 to flash a chimney once, and when I got there it was this one

I lost out on that job.

Anyway, it really depends on what the problem is, and if some kid will clamber up the tiles for £50 or if someone running a business will go up there for £500

Might be £100 for some flashing, £3.50 for a bag of mortar or £2.39 for a tube of silicone. Take your pick
