I want to fit two large mirrors (1100mm x 800mm and 700mm x 800mm) to a new bathroom wall to form a corner mirror arrangement over a vanity top. The remainder of the walls will be tiled full height and with a 1 tile depth splashback between the vanity unit and the mirrors.
What is the best way to secure the mirrors to the wall - mirror screws or adhesive? And tile first witha gap for the mirror or fit the mirrors and tile round them?
The bathroom will be tiled by a tradesperson as part of the build. Would he normally be able to fit mirrors as part of the tiling operation or is it regarded as specialist? I can get the mirrors supplied, cut and drilled (if necessary) locally.
