Tiling a Sloping Ceiling which is not level

I am going to tile a bathroom which has sloping ceilings. The complication is that the ceiling runs out of true by about 20mm and therefore really notices. The attached image shows.

I would appreciate any thoughts on the best way to deal with this.

You need to change the bond, change the tile or both. Stack bond can not be fudged to suit without looking awful. Can you change bond or use a border at the perimter to take you to having almost full cut tiles rather than a tiny cut tile?
