Evening chaps.
I'm going to be tiling a wall which will have a shower in place. I'm using 10x20cm metro tiles. The shower tray is 40mm high and will sit on about 8mm of weak cement.
From what I've read, I'm best off having more than half a tile along the bottom of the wall to account for the floor not being level. I'm not at home at the moment so can check the levels, but with the dimensions, it might be that the bottom row if the tiles round the shower will be a bit less than half a tile. Will this be okay? has anyone done something similar and got an idea of how it will look?
We could go for 'skirting' tiles around the bottom of the floor, but then mating this to the shower tray might be a bit tricky to get looking good.
