currently having an argument with my tiler ..... need advice please

should our new bath

(a) be set against tiles that go below it's edge
(b) be set with the tiles finishing flush on the bath edge
(c) be set with the tiles finishing above the bath and grouting/silicone up to the bath edge

thanks & regards,

fit the bath against the wall then silicone the gap, tile right down to the bath, then grout, (even the thin line between the tiles and bath).
Then silicone again along tile/bath joint.

(C) is the favourite option.

(B) happens occasionally and isn't a huge problem as long as the bath is sealed properly.

(A) is not adviseable.
