Howdy,
Any reason I can't tile over low voltage lighting wires (only the ones back to the transformer - clearly not the transformer to the mains)?
Plan to either cut small groove in plaster, embed wires, then tile over.... or is the more traditional way to run the wires up through the cabinets (there is no false back on these ones) then along the top, and tack the wires to the top of the tiles when there is no cabinet (i.e. the hood area)???
Happy for some thoughts. Understand the ease of replacing wires in the second option, but might look worse, both in the cabinets and also along the top of the tiles when there is no cabinet.
Cheers for your thoughts.
