Tiling Problem with porcelain tiles from B&Q

Hello Guys, we recently had 25m3 of Beige Polished Porcelain tile laid, and the grout (charcoal great bal) has left what looks like smoke stains on many of the tiles.

I have tried various preperations, including:

- Extra Strong Tile Cleaner (Topps)
- Aquamix Nanoscrub and Aquamix heavy Duty Tile Cleaner
-White Vinegar

But the stains are still there- I have read elsewhere that it is due to the surface polishing treatment opening up microscopic pores on the the surface.

is there anything I can do???[/list]

Did you seal the tiles beforehand? Should do really to avoid problems like this.

Your not alone; do a Google serch for problems with Peek-a-Boo Porc tiles

as rich has said b&poo tiles aint the best bud.
did you remove the transit wax proir to sealing them.
then.. seal.. fix.. seal.. grout...again you will maybe have to stip the sealer back off, and start from scratch.
