Tiling Shower access

Hi,

I need to keep access to below the shower. I am tiling the floor, and floor tiling the skirting, to the height of the shower tray and the pipework is boxed in so will be tiled. Whats the best way to keep it accessible, I don’t want to just cover with ply, then tile so I cant get to it in the event of any problem…

I would like to tile it still, but have some way of getting it off still. I think I am going to have a similar issue with the waste that is boxed in behind the toilet and sink.

Any ideas.
