The Cills on my garden shed have some decay caused by rainwater
I have previously repaired them using Ronseal hardener and wood repair kit
But this has only lasted just over a year
Is there anything else I can use which is more long lasting

As an alternative option could I apply flash band to cover the whole cill to protect it from the rain

uPVC Trim won't fit under window

Is it ok to stick flashband on top of the cill including the front edge
I would wait till cill is dry

The gap between the bottom of the window which opens outwards and the cill is too small to fit uPVC cill

Photo attached
The left hand window is hinged and opens outwards
Hence I cannot fit a uPVC cill as it would prevent the window opening

The window on the other side of the shed is the same

I'm thinking of sticking some flash band to the whole cill to protect it from the rain

Depends how handy you are. I'd get one of these, cut out the top section with my multitool and glue it on.
