Hi all,
I am planning on building a timber deck to adjoin my existing patio.
My lawn meets my planned deck at the same height so I wanted to put a single line of patio slabs inbetween the lawn and the deck (hopefully all at flush height) so that it's easy to mow the grass right up to the edge.
I've seen the metal frame patio kits you can get, but as I'm building a timber frame for the deck, is there any reason why I can just extend the timber frame and have it supporting the paving slabs too?
(There as two manholes along the length that the patio will run, hence why not a more traditional solution to permanently fix them in place).
Thanks all
Andy
