time taken to render

could anyone please give a ball park figure on how much rendering can, on average be completed per day to a tyrolean finish....its just that some of the quotes taken seem a bit on the high side....new work...bungalow...approx 16m x 12m.i know this is a how long is a piece string question but any advice would be welcome
