Chipboard flooring in the middle of the bedroom is slightly (circa 3mm) out of level for a stretch of about 6 feet. I propose to use Ardex Feather Finish. I have a couple of questions though - a) do I need to prime the chipboard? and I think the "out of level" varied a bit between summer and winter - so is the Feather Finish flexible? If not can anyone recommend something more suitable. Many Thanks for any suggestions.

The covering is 20 year old carpet. The mismatch in chipboard has gradually created a crease in the carpet in the middle of the bedroom (upstairs). I am hoping that if i level out the floor I can somehow smooth the crease out over time.
Thanks for the Ardex K40HB suggestion I'll check it out.
I guess one of those floor levelling squeegees will also come in handy.
