to lay quarry tiles

[ I would like to know if it is advisable to lay quarry tiles on top of vinyl floor tiles and what adhesive to use. Also should the tiles be laid on a turn of 45 degrees to the door?

No sorry ,the floor adhesive need something to grip to and vinyl tiles is too smooth,won't soak in the moisture.
