Im working at a job at the moment where there is a toad/frog that is alive, but mainly upside down on the surface and all bloated up (bit like the one in shrek!). Any ideas whats wrong with it and is it suffering?

Toads adopt a defence posture of, first front "hands" over thier face then keel over and bloat up to play dead..... its probably just frieghtened.
Is there a straw sticking out of its arse
