Hi
I have moved to a new house that has a new dual flush Roca toilet. Afer flushing, some water continues to run through from cistern to wc bowl.
I realise this is a "flapper" problem and have taken a look but cant see any obvious damage to the large plastic washer.
Reading on forums, it seems there are a lot of complaints about both the reliability of the Roca flapper valve and the price of Roca replacements.
Do I need to replace like with like? That is to say, do I have to buy Roca parts, or can I (within reason) just buy universal fittings that should fit.
Many thanks for any help
Graham
