Toilet Low Powered Flush

Hey all!

I have 4 of the same model toilets around the home.

1 of the upstairs units can't flush the smallest amount of paper.

By way of testing, I've switched the siphon unit from a working toilet to the problem toilet with no change.

What should my next steps be?

It's at the same level as the other units around the house, I've attached an extra image showing this.

It's something that's been an issue for the last 6-8 months, I'm pretty sure it was ok before this

Small mirror and a bit of bent wire to clear holes under the rim or a dose of Kilrock gel first if in a hard limescale area.

Check the drain?

If the same amount of water is chucked in similar toilet pans over the same time frame and all clear, but one pan does not, look to the only unique thing --- the outlet from the pan into the drain.
