Toilet on ceramic tiles ?

Hi all,

I have recently layed ceramic tiles on our bathroom floor, what the best way to secure the toilet to it.

Do I need to put anything between the toilet and the tiles before tightening the bolts ?

The toilet will only be secured by the two bolts in the pan as the cistern has no wall fixing !
