Toilet seat fixed with Allen key brackets

I am trying to replace a toilet seat fixed with self closing brackets with Allen screws. I ve remed the screws but the seat won’t budge. Any ideas

Might need brute force if all fixing screws are removed and there are no release buttons to press.

Try releasing fluid thru holes though looks to have rusted so may require cutting off.
