Toliet Cistern Screws

Bathroom being plastered today.
Took the toilet off the wall and the supplied wall screws had disintegrated. Been there 20 odd years to be fair.

Are these any good? Worth getting some stainless steel screws? Or better kits available?

Those conical washers and the caps are good.
Use them with stainless steel screws.
