I got an autofeed from MAKRO for £15 plus VAT. Its basically a cheap electric drill (like a 1970's B&D model) and the autofeed mechanism clips onto it. Its made by Rockworth but the instructions mention Nu-Tool
I've never used one before, but this works with no problems. Used it recently to board out a ceiling and its a massive time saver. Uses standard colletted screws like the ones from screwfix
I'm looking at a way as to fit the autofeed mechanism to a Ryobi one+ cordless - which would be better than having a trailing mains lead
I'm not sure what could possibly go wrong with the autofeed mechanism, so I don't know why these cost so much more for 'proper' one
Looking at the Ryobi one, there may be a few disadvantages in actual use in having the screws fed from the top of the drill rather from underneath
