Topping up grout lines

I've grouted my bathroom floor this morning but in haste and attempting to clean the floor as much as possible I've taken a little too much grout out whilst sponging clean.
Would there be any problem in letting the grout dry as normal, cleaning the floor and then topping up the grout?

You'd be as well damping down the existing grout before you add any more. If you do it straight onto dry grout, the moisture in the new grout will be quickly wicked away and it won't cure properly.
