Touching up tiles?

I'm getting a place ready to let, kitchen has several cracked tiles. Ideally I would either re-tile or cover with new surface. However not enough time.
Can I touch up these these cracked tiles in any way,? I don't know how long they have been there or what they are to get a match.
The other thing that I find strange they have grey grout or is it cement? Maybe I could colour or paint the grout as separate issue but not so pressing.

Yep, was thinking rubbing grout into the cracks will help conceal them. Probably white grout would be less obvious
