towel radiator

my towel radiator is starting to rust and paint flake so i plan to strip the paint off ( back to metal ) and repaint

Can anyone recommend a suitabel heat primer and heat black paint ?

I don't think you need to worry too much about heat resistance.....rads are often just emulsion painted anyway when they get on a bit.
Either way, International Paints have what you need.
Are you doing yours black?

yep, doing black as im board with the white just goes yellow
