Towel rail - not heated

Is there such a thing as a towel rail that is not heated? We just want one that hangs over the radiator to store extra towels on - not bothered that it is heated?

Bathroom equipment shops. usually lots of ads in the back of the sunday colour Supplements, they'll send you a catalogue.
