towel rail

Can anyone give me a bit of advice on a towel rail for my bathroom?
I have a small bathroom 8ftx5ft and wanted a get a chrome towel rail just for looks and not to hang towels on.Purely to heat the room as my old one looks worn.Just wanted to know how many btu's i'd need?

A lot of factors to take in such as windows, north facing wall etc etc. With my bathroom as its the room you wear the least i always give it more btu's

A shot at it only knowing the sizes given id be looking at 550. Something around that mark
