Traditional Radiator with electric element

Hi,
I am aware of the option of fitting an electric element into "wet" towel rails so they can still be used in the summer when the rest of the central heating is off. I have been asked whether there is a traditional central heating radiator that can also be adapted to "dual-fuel"? I've not found one but any info re this would be gratefully received!

By the way, hope this is the right forum,wasn't sure if it should have been under electric...
