Trailing edge dimmer switch

I have had some lights replaced by an electricain but now when I put the lights on there is a buzzing noise quite loud. The electricain has said that I need a low voltage trailing edge dimmer where as the most common are net inductive dimmers......
So where do i get hold of one of these trailing edge low voltage dimmers thingys ... Oh and silver would be nice

Cheers for that but I am still struggling to find anywhere that sells them, has anyone got any other places to try ???
