Cut a long story short,the electricians are ripping out our old building components at work and chucking out everything into the skip.I've found 5 transformer with a label reading:

TOPAZ line noise suppressing ULTRA-ISOLATER
Part number 91018-11 capacitance 005pf
120/240 Voltage

I will have this check out by the electrician but I thought I try here first before I take it home,so the question is am'I rightly saying this can be use for 110v power tools etc or shall I chuck it back in the skip!

depends what the output is, personaly i would reintroduce it to the skip, as 110v tools ar 55v to earth, not 110 + 0V
