Newbie here... please be kind.
I wonder if anyone has any idea's on the following..
My Oil Rayburn has been deemed beyond ecconomic repair so I am going down the route of having mains gas installed and a gas boiler fitted.
My problem is I have about 800 litres of oil left in the tank, my neighbour said he will have it, it's the logistics of getting it from my tank to his. The distance between tanks is only about 10 metres, but my tank is lower than his tank so syphoning/gravity will not do the trick. My idea is to use a drill pump on a hose to pump it over, worth a shot you think?
Oh, - tank disposal ? Ebay???
