Transit connect heated windscreen half not working

Hi, looking for some pointers regarding my heated windscreen on transit connect t220lx.

The drivers side clears fine, always has and still does, the passenger side was intermittent for months and now has stopped clearing completely.

I am looking for some technical advice on how to sort it before aking it to th garage.

I am handy with a multi meter just haven't got a clue where to look and start.

If I can generalise a bit - the Mondeo often has 2 fuses controlling the front screen, but the Focus has one......don't ask me why!
I've no idea about the Connect but just check the handbook, or speak to a service manager at your local Ford dealer.
Sadly its often the elements that go on these screens, but this is covered by your windscreen cover should a brick accidentally fall on it but check first!

i believe there are 2 sets of elements but they should be fed from the same fuse
