Traymate Shower Tray Drain Leak

Hi,
I have a a Traymate shower tray installed in my bathroom which seems to have started leaking. It has been installed for just under 5 years now but I have noticed a brown line on the ceiling underneath in my garage which would appear to be directly under the horizontal shower tray drain exit.

Does anyone know the common reason/issue? Am assuming investigative work will involve cutting the plasterboard directly below.

Hi Chris, I have a very similar problem with my Traymate shower, did you get this resolved in the end?

Why does any shower tray drain leak - seal gone bad - waste/trap loose - pipe connections staring to leak at the seals etc. I don't think it would be something specific to Traymate.

Can I also suggest you start a new thread as unfortunately the OP hasn't been here since Nov 2023, therefore unlikely you'll get a reply.
