Trellis work

Hi guys and girls.
I've going to put up a some trellis across the top of my brick wall and I've decided to use 3inch square posts at 2ft. I've decided that I want to fix the posts to the brick wall by inserting metal bars into both the bottom of the post and the brickwork. The question I have is which adhesive do people suggest?
