Tricity bendix tm 320 w dryer noise ?/

Hi I have the tricity bendix tm320 w condenser dryer. the problem is that when it spins anti clockwise it is virtualy silent but when it spins clockwise it makes a sort of rubling and clicking noise.
can any one offer any suggestions as to what it is?
