trim to go around shower mixer valve pipes

I don't know what they are called!
When removing the tiles around my shower mixer ( old ev mira excel ) I managed to brake the flat crome coloured discs that go over the tiles, where the feed pipes come out of the wall.

Are they a standard 'plumbing' item and will I be able to get replacements?
Or how else do I disguise my 'roughly cut' holes in the tiles!

obviously they wouldn't be suitable but your best bet would be to contact mira and ask them if they have replacements
