Tripping out consumer unit when plug oven in

So when I plugged in this big microwave/cooker combi thing it didn't work so changed the fuse in its plug and it tripped out in consumer unit. Has the device had it?

What did it 'trip out'? Can you perhaps provide us with a photo of the device in your CU which tripped?
