One (or two) of the three heating elements in my shower have broken. When the shower is run without the hose attached and the temp dial at coldest, the water runs at maximum flow. Turning the dial up to reduce the flow and increase the temperature needs it turning until it has almost reduced the flow to a dribble.
Is it possible to have the broken heating elements replaced, or do I need to consider replacing the entire shower unit? It's now 2.5 years old.
