Triton Ivory 3 shower not working!

Hi Everyone,

Newbie 1st time post regarding my shower so apologies if I am in the wrong section of the forum.

I have a Triton Ivory 3 shower which is connected to a pull switch for power. My problem is that the shower unit itself has power to all of the connections (checked with a multimeter all have between 180 and 240+ volts but the unit refuses to work. There is a yellow led to indicate power is being received but nothing from the shower!

The shower was working fine but all of a sudden stopped working!

Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance!
