Triton Ivory III - will Ivory 4 fit fixings?

wife blew up the shower a couple of weeks ago, Triton Ivory III, I think it may be the heating element (loud bang / tripped the RCD), haven't yet took it apart to confirm, but was wondering if the newer Ivory 4 model can be used to fit? I chased the water pipe and electric cable behind the tiles when I installed it years ago, don't really want to have to do it again if I don't have to, was thnking about getting the newer shower rather than buying spare parts, as the newer version is not that more expensive than buying parts, the heating element alone is over £50
