Triton power shower with no blockage on h or c side and when switched on the pump is working fine. The problem is that no water is coming from the shower. Have read somewhere that it could be a solenoid valve that is stuck but could be something else any info appreciated

if its both supplies i would check the solenoid for mains power if power is at solenoid check for resistance a good valve will give you 3.4 ohms or above.
is it a new shower ? if so did you prime it first.
