Hi guys just had a triton Seville electric 10.5kw shower fitted when u turn it on it just makes a buzzing noise and no water if u take shows pipe off you get a little dribble, any ideas?

Did it work when it was commissioned ?
Remove the cover and check where the buzzing noise is, poss coming from the solenoid coil.

Its a brand new shower sounds like its coming from the solenoid
make sure connections are all good.
if ok coils faulty.

Anyway to check the coil?
you can check it for resistance with multi meter.
should be 3.4 kohms or above.
