Triton Shower

Hi again
Another fault with my Triton Spellbind. I put the shower head down when washing my hair and switched it off. It made a noise as if the water was boiling. When I switched it back on the temp would not go above 16, no hot water any ideas as to what is wrong with it I am desperate.

Mine did that and nearly burnt me. did you get it fixed?
