Hi - I have a Triton Spellbind 9.5kW that has been working well for 2 years
its been very reliable at temperatures around 38/43C.
Recently it has been going straight up to 40/42C in around 20
seconds and then dropping down to 33/34C over the next 20 second -
it then stays at that temperature - if you turn it right down it'll go to 25C but
will never go back up past 35C max.
I'm confident the pressure is ok given it past performance and the
pressure is still strong at cold temps.
I've had it apart - emptied the scale chamber - cillit banged the inlet filter (which seems ok),
also sprayed some into the heater can and rinsed it
out - still it won't go over 33/35C.
Are my suspicions correct that it would appear to be the heater can??
Or is there anything else can try before?
Thanks for any suggestions.
