What is the best/easier way to get 2.5mm singles through 20mm pvc conduit with x2 close 90 degree bends in it???

Bends should be easy.Do you mean elbows?
yes sorry that is what i meant --
Take the cables out of the inspection aperture on the first elbow.Make sure they stay in a straight orientation as you feed them back down into the aperture and through to the next elbows aperture.Keep pulling the cables out through the second elbow until you are left with some short loops at the first.Then carefully, one by one, pull the cables at the second elbow until the loops disappear into the first elbow.Repeat by pulling on the cables further on until the loops disappear into the second elbow.
Use a draw tape to pull the cables through or if a short run use one of the singles slightly longer with its leading end doubled over.
