TRV replacement

Can you advise if its possible to just change the top section of my TRV with this item on ebay.

This hopefully will help you sizing up a suitable head replacement: https://www.heatingcontrolsonline.co.uk/danfoss_table.php If you find the right size/suitable head then check your local screwfix, toolstation etc.. for one, as its probably easier to return if it doesn't fit.
