I've seen some of these around - boxes that attach to the end of your tumble dryer hose to condense the water to save having windows / ventilation. I reckon they're easy to build. Am I right in thinking they are just a box with a vented lid, which you fill with cold water? Anyone made one themselves?

The one we've got you have to put ice blocks in, it works though and, literally, all it consists of is a plastic box, a hole for the pipe, two ice blocks and a few air holes in the top.

Suprisingly good though, although, i don't know if it matters that we've only got one of those compact driers, dunno what it's like with a full size one.
